Use your team's instructions for the field destination. This post office box is for club mail. If your family is new, our volunteers can help you work out which program or field you need.

Need to reach a particular board member? Email chathamfootballclub@gmail.com with the board member's name and your question. We are parents working around family schedules, too. A clear subject and your player's grade help us direct your message.

Volunteer help

Could you give some time to our teams? Tell the program volunteers when you are available. Ask about coaching flag or helping as a cheer parent manager. We can explain the role and its requirements before you make a commitment.

Cheer practices and games need two parent managers present. Parent managers complete a background check and safety certification training. Flag coaches need a background check; previous coaching experience is not required. Ask the program about the time commitment before volunteering.

Equipment and practice notices

Updated October 25, 2026: The regular season is in progress. The August 17, 2026 preseason fitting has passed. For equipment help now, ask the tackle coach about an appointment at Lum Field House, Lum Ave, Chatham, NJ 07928. Include your player's grade and the item needing attention.

Something not fitting comfortably? Name the item and your player's grade when you write. For a practice question, include the date. That gives us a useful starting point for helping you.

Donations and cost questions

Your donations help cover youth scholarships, turf time, shoulder pads and NOCSAE-certified helmets. Thank you to the donors helping fund our Cougars' equipment and scholarships!

Email president@chathamfootball.com about donating or a private question on participation costs. Please ask if costs are a concern. Chatham parents have kept this club going for Borough and Township families since 2015.

Where to meet

Flag uses Shunpike Field, 58 Shunpike Rd, Chatham Township, NJ 07928. Tackle games and cheer use Cougar Field at Chatham High School, 255 Lafayette Ave / 314 Shunpike Rd, Chatham, NJ 07928.

Tackle practice and equipment fitting use Lum Field Complex and Lum Field House, Lum Ave, Chatham, NJ 07928. Check our field notes before arranging a ride.

Registration and clothing

Use TeamSnap registration for enrollment and TeamSnap team store for clothing. Ask your program about requirements first. Existing families can use TeamSnap sign in for team messages.

Weather and team questions

Coaches post weather calls in TeamSnap. Check your latest team message before leaving home. Ask directly if a field or pickup detail is unclear.

Sharing a ride with another family? Pass along the whole team note, including pickup details. Include the event date and field name so the driver has the correct destination.
